The Community Connection Center is here to help you and your family. If you qualify, you can stop by the nearest location to pick up necessary goods. We have household items, baby items, and personal hygiene products for you and your family, when you need them.
This program offers these products at no cost. We can also connect you to health education resources.

Pregnant women
Families with children under 18 years of age
Families with children with disabilities under 20 years of age
