What is STAR?

State of Texas Access Reform (STAR) is no cost health care insurance for low income families. All members must qualify based on income. The STAR plan is for children, pregnant women, newborns and adults. Members will have health care for 12 months. Members must re-enroll every 12 months for coverage to continue.
