As part of the Driscoll Health System, DHP members have access to Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) care. Our case managers and service coordinators manage care with the member and MFM providers for high-risk members with the conditions listed below:

Diabetes
Hypertensive disorders
Cardiac disease
Renal disease
Thyroid disease
Infectious diseases
Preterm labor including cervical insufficiency and premature rupture of membranes
Placental abnormalities
Recurrent pregnancy loss
DHP case managers and service coordinators connect patients and their families to resources as needed. This may include caregivers, OBs, primary care, and specialty providers like Maternal Fetal Medicine.
