ECI is a program for members 0-3 years old with disabilities and developmental delays. Case managers will assist members who are in the program.
Case managers help our members with special healthcare needs set up visits with doctors. They can also help members with:
Resource coordinators are a key support system for members. They follow up with members with high-risk social needs through phone calls. High-risk social needs may include struggles with food, housing, transportation and access to healthcare. Coordinators can also help file for supplemental security income (SSI).
